Blaise is the founder of Gregory Consulting and Controls. Blaise is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 17 years of experience in Instrumentation and Controls Engineering. He is licensed to practice engineering in the states of Louisiana, Texas, Colorado, Mississippi, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Blaise has extensive experience in designing panels and instrumentation, as well as working on gas compressor package advanced controls, drilling mud facilities, cryogenic gas processing facilities, power boiler installations, CO₂ flood projects, and deep water tiebacks. Blaise has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Aaron is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 17 years of experience in Facilities Engineering. He is licensed to practice engineering in the states of Louisiana, Texas, and Wyoming. Aaron has worked on GOM shelf and deep water topsides projects, compressor installations, separator design, pump design, and piping system design. In addition, he has experience in Greenfield development of land-based facilities, Midstream oil storage terminal design, construction management, and oil, gas, and water gathering systems. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from University of Southern California.

Noel is a leader who enjoys solving difficult problems and helping people grow into greater responsibility. With a background spanning facilities engineering, project management, and technical consulting, he values strong relationships, sound engineering, and doing the work the right way.

Michael is an accomplished automation consultant with extensive

experience managing projects and resources for control systems

across multiple industries.

Renee's career has centered around accounting, financial management, and finding practical ways to help a business operate more efficiently and effectively. Over the years, she has expanded her role from day-to-day accounting responsiblities to financial reporting, payroll, benefits, and broader leadership responsibilities, giving her a comprehensive perspective on both the financial and operational sides of the business.

Amanda is an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Gregory Consulting and Controls, where she supports the team with administrative operations, accounting, billing, and client and vendor coordination. She takes pride in being dependable, organized, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help keep the company running smoothly.

Lance Cormier, P.E. is a graduate of University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has 17 years of experience in mechanical and structural design, analysis, and project management in a variety of industries. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Louisiana and Michigan.

Daniel is a licensed Professional Engineer with 14 years of experience in process design, equipment design, instrumentation and controls, and project management across a variety of industries. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and he is licensed in three states – solid, liquid, and gas.

Facilities Designer beginning in 1990 with Chevron, experience with piping and structural design for GOM shelf and deepwater facilities, design of new shelf production platforms from the mudline up, shallow water tripods and free-standing caissons and superstructures, including process packages and interconnect piping systems. Land facilities layout and piping design for Eagleford and Permian basin. Autocad, Autodesk Inventor and Autocad Plant3D.

Wayne has 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He was a pipeline welder for many years chasing the ole green mile, along with building compressor stations and facilities. He then transitioned into supervision and management roles overseeing multi-million dollar projects.

John has spent 38 years working in industry, designing, implementing, and supporting DCS and PLC based control and safety systems within industries including refining/petrochemicals, oil & gas, food/beverage, pulp/paper, and infrastructure. He is also experienced in MCC and electrical design, marketing, project management, and technical instruction.

Heidi is an Electrical Engineer with a Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri  and a Master of Project Management with Distinction from Keller Graduate School of Management.  She has worked in electrical power, controls, and SCADA for the past 40 years in the Oil and Gas, and water/wastewater industries.

Andrew began his career in automation in 2015. He spent a few years in Los Angeles working for a variety of clients in different industries. He is now based in Denver as a Control Systems PE licensed in Louisiana, Texas, and Colorado.
